The Vision of Crestview Baptist Church:
As believer in Jesus Christ, we commit our hearts, mind and resources to become a community of faith by:
· Loving God and loving others.
· Passionately sharing the good news of God's love and grace with all.
· Keeping ourselves open to the revelation and empowerment of the Holy Spirit.
· Responding to the needs of our fellowship, community and world with Christ-like love.
What We Value:
Worship:
We value the worship of God and His purposes for all persons by experiencing God on a daily basis and weekly through corporate worship.
Family:
We value family at whatever stage you may be in life. We desire to be God’s family to the families of our community. We will design our ministries to strengthen healthy families and will seek to be an instrument of healing for hurting families by helping them to become functional.
Small Groups:
We value the personal experiences of each person connecting with a small group, fellowshipping with one another, caring for each other, around the dynamic of studying God’s Word together.
Discipleship:
We value becoming like Jesus Christ, as we learn about Him from His word and from other people, equipping ourselves to live God’s way.
Mission & Ministry:
We value the calling out of each member to be involved in at least one mission and/or ministry in order that they may express their gifts and lead others to experience the life-changing power of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
You:
We value each person who you are and where you are in life through the eyes of God, assisting you to find God’s purpose for your life.
